Wow.....so nice to see this ancient photo of you with one of my closest friends. As I watched your video on this posting, I wondered if you ever stopped at a farm house and asked for a cup of coffee. I did that more than a few times, and not just in Canada. In Romania there was an extended family celebrating the Feast Day of the Virgin Mary. I got a few of my Silk Road mates to join their party.....not really crashing it, but feasting, drinking and dancing with them. It seems like something you'd do. No one ever turned me/us down for water, tea or coffee. Seems you added a decade more to your life, David, and by engaging many others in your adventure, likely you did that for them and me too. Thank you!!
